MMF invested subordinated debt and equity in Form Tech Concrete Forms

Formed in 1976 and headquartered in Wixom, Michigan, Form Tech Concrete Forms, Inc. (Form Tech) is one of the largest, independent (non-manufacturer) suppliers of concrete forming and shoring equipment in the United States.  Form Tech generates the majority of its sales via renting forming and shoring equipment.  The Company owns and re-rents several different types/brands of systems, each of which is used for particular applications depending on the customers’ needs.  Form Tech also offers a wide variety of consumable and saleable products related to the application of the forming and shoring equipment rentals.  The Company’s products are primarily used by general contractors and concrete sub-contractors in commercial construction projects, which have a heavy reliance on concrete foundations and structures.

MMF invested $11.2 million in Motion Solutions

Founded in 1956 and based in in Aliso Viejo, California (Orange County), Bearing Engineers, Inc. d/b/a Motion Solutions is a leading provider of motion control engineered assemblies and a value-added distributor of motion control products including bearings, motors & drives, actuators and sensors.  The Company’s products serve a variety of customers in the medical device, life sciences, technology/semiconductor, aerospace & defense and machine automation & general industrial end markets.

MMF invested $11.2 million of subordinated debt and equity to support the acquisition of Motion Solutions by North Branch Capital, LLC.
